Climax Music Terms & Conditions

Climax Music is an independent online platform for discovering festivals, concerts and other live music events, and for planning visits. It is operated by an individual based in the Republic of Cyprus under the Climax Music name. Contact: hello.climaxmusic@gmail.com.

These Terms apply to the whole website, including Friends Finder. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Climax Music is an event discovery and referral platform. We are not the organizer, promoter or venue of the events listed, and we are not the direct seller of tickets, travel, accommodation or other third-party services.

Any purchase or booking is made with the relevant organizer or external provider, under that provider's own terms, prices, payment, delivery, cancellation and refund rules. Questions about a ticket, order or refund must be directed to that provider.

Event details such as dates, line-ups, venues, prices, images and availability come from third-party sources, organizers and public information. We try to keep them useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate or current.

• Events may be changed, postponed, cancelled or sell out without notice. Always confirm details with the organizer or ticket provider before you buy or travel.
• Prices shown are indicative and may differ at the provider. Where a price is not available we say so.
• Verification labels, recommendations, news and budget estimates are informational aids, not guarantees or professional advice.

The website links to ticket providers, venues, organizers and other third-party websites, and uses third-party services such as the Ticketmaster API to retrieve event information. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or services. Your dealings with them are solely between you and the relevant provider.

Presence in our directory is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any provider.

Some links on the website are affiliate or referral links. If you follow such a link and make a qualifying purchase or booking, Climax Music may receive a commission from the provider. The commission is paid by the provider and does not add any cost for you.

Commercial relationships may influence which providers or offers are shown or featured. We aim to label sponsored or promotional placements where they apply.

Some features, such as saved events, personalised recommendations and Friends Finder, require you to sign in. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting hello.climaxmusic@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

Friends Finder lets signed-in users create or join private, invitation-only groups, optionally share their location with the other members of a group, and exchange text and voice messages. You must accept these Terms before using Friends Finder. When these Terms change in a way that affects the feature, we may ask you to accept them again.

• Groups and invitations: groups are private and invitation-only. Invitation links are valid for 7 days, and anyone who holds a valid link can join, so share it only with people you trust. A group can have up to 50 members, and you can belong to up to 20 groups.
• Group management: the creator can remove members. Any member can leave a group. If the creator leaves, the group is deleted for everyone.
• Location sharing: location sharing is optional and off by default. It starts only after you give separate consent for the selected group. Accepting these Terms is not consent to share your location. Your shared location is visible only to current members of that group, stops being shown after 24 hours unless you refresh it, and can be removed at any time with Stop Sharing.
• Accuracy and safety: location data may be inaccurate or delayed. Do not rely on Friends Finder for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.
• Messages and voice recordings: text and voice messages are visible to all members of the group and remain in the group until the group is deleted. Leaving a group does not delete the messages you sent. Only record and send content you are entitled to share.
• Deletion: how group data and voice recordings are deleted, and the current limits on deleting stored voice files, are described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.
• Scrape, copy at scale, resell or republish our data or content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, access groups or data you were not invited to, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, hateful or unlawful content.
• Use Friends Finder to track, harass, stalk or pressure anyone, or share another person's location or recordings without their knowledge.

We may remove content, members or groups, or suspend access, where they breach these Terms or the law, or where needed to protect users or the service.

The Climax Music name, logo, design, software, text and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use.

Event names, artist names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify events and providers. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact hello.climaxmusic@gmail.com and we will review it.

The website, including Friends Finder, and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on event information, changes or cancellations of events, dealings with third-party providers, inaccurate or delayed location data, content shared by other users, or temporary unavailability of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus data protection law. Our Privacy Policy explains what we process across the whole website, including Friends Finder, our legal bases, Base44 hosting, sharing, international transfers, retention and deletion, and your rights.

You may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.

We may change the website or these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Where required, we will ask you to accept updated Terms before you continue using a feature. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live or under EU law, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
